SHIPPING POLICY

JEWELLERY AND ARTWORK

We aim to ship all items within 48 hours of an order being made. At busy periods this may be extended.

 

BAGS

Our bags are made to order, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be made. If you are ordering a personalised item, please ensure that you allow an additional 5 working days for the bag to be engraved.

Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.99 

Orders over £50 are free

EU

Tracked Delivery 6-8 Working Days: £10 on all orders

REST OF WORLD

Tracked Delivery 10-12 Working Days: £14 on all orders

The customer is liable for any customs/government charges that may occur on arrival.

RETURNS & 
REFUNDS

BAGS AND ARTWORK RETURNS POLICY

Your returned item(s) must arrive no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the order for a refund. 

The item(s) must be returned unused and in all of the original packaging including the dust bags (where applicable) and box provided. Please ensure that the box is protected as this is considered part of the product. 

If the item is returned damaged or broken Wild Things has the right to refuse a refund. A refund will only take place once the item has been returned safely. The product is your responsibility until it has reached us, so please ensure that it is protected in appropriate packaging. 

You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage for returns, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.

Personalised Bags

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any bags that have been personalised, unless the item is damaged or faulty. 

When adding personalisation to your bag please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of capital and lower case letters as we will personalise exactly what is entered online and we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised.
 

Receiving your Refund

Once your retuned product has been received and it complies with our returns policy, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase within 14 days.

JEWELLERY RETURNS POLICY

Unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged/Faulty Items 

All items undergo a quality check before being dispatched to our customers. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and include a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault within 14 days of purchase. Once we have confirmed the item is faulty and returned to us a new item will be sent to you free of charge, or we can process a full refund if requested.
